Whats The Worst That Could Happen? – Celia Drinks Dr Pepper!
Video Description:
Growler the Polar Bear and Celia The Seal have just finished another English lesson. As you may already know, Celia has very limited vocabulary, substituting most words for her own name.. Celia! Growler has been tutoring Celia teaching her spelling and reading in the hope that she will expand her vocabulary and start saying more than just Celia!
We join Celia and Growler just as they are about to take a break from another lesson. Growler has a can of Dr Pepper soda that he’s looking forward to drinking. But first he has a couple of things he needs to do. He leaves the drink with Celia, and tells her not to drink it. Dr Pepper has too much sugar and Caffeine for young seals!!
However when Growler leaves Celia’s curiosity gets the better of her and its not long before she’s slurping down the delicious drink. First everything seems normal, but then a little burp, and a bigger one and then.. Celia starts speaking! Speaking English and not just saying Celia! She doesnt seem to notice and just carrys on drinking the delicious Dr Pepper, but while she’s doing this Miles the Monkey wanders in. He greets Celia and is bowled over when she responds using complex english language rather than her trademark ‘Celia Celia Celia’. He cannot believe it and is overjoyed to see such progress, he immediately runs off to find Growler and tell him the amazing news.
We hear Miles talking to Growler off camera, he sounds very pessimistic and begrudgingly agrees to accompany miles to witness this miracle.
They return to the scene and Miles asks Celia to show Growler the amazing progress she has made… she replies ‘Celia Celia Celia Celia’…
