Video Description:

Previously, after asking his Dad Ted to send his letter to Santa Claus, Fred found to his horror that Ted has no idea what Christmas even is let alone Santa. However, Fred quickly realises that he gets to teach his adopted father all the joys of Christmas!

It’s now Christmas Eve and Fred and Ted are making preparations for the big day! Firstly, Fred shows Ted how to decorate the Christmas tree. From starting with one bauble, time passes and the Christmas tree transforms and become fully decorated!

Next Fred and Ted hang their stockings on the Christmas Tree, then pull a cracker and finally leave milk and cookies out for Santa Claus (which Ted thinks should be a nice healthy salad). Before going to bed, Ted confirms that Santa’s letter was sent to the North Pole. Fred finally goes to the bed, very excited to receive his presents from Father Christmas.

In the middle of the night, Ted bumps into Growler. Growler asks if Santa’s been to visit Freddy to which Growler then becomes very confused when he finds out Ted actually sent Freddy’s letter to the North Pole! Growler slowly realises that noone has told Ted the truth about Santa Claus. Growler has to break it to Ted that he’s Santa. Ted is horrified about this and realises that there’s no time to remedy the situation. Ted leaves desperately trying to think of a solution.

Finally, on Christmas morning, Ted sees all of the presents. Ted is terrified what Freddy will think when he finds out there are no presents for him which is made worse when Freddy comes in all excited. Ted tries his best to break the news and eventually informs him that Santa hasn’t come and that he will be bringing the missing presents along with extra presents tomorrow. Initially, Freddy is upset but is then confused when he remembers that there is already a present from Santa that’s for him. Ted is flabbergasted as he has no idea how the present got there. Fred leaves very excited about the extra presents he is getting tomorrow.

Growler comes back in and is pleased that Ted managed to solve the problem with the presents. Growler is curious to know how Ted managed to pull it off but doesn’t believe it when Ted tells him that Santa came. Growler leaves and Ted is left to reflect on the events that have just happened. In the end, Ted believes that Santa is real and thanks him for getting Fred his present.
